NetballOS Players

One athlete record, for as long as they play

Most clubs recreate a player from scratch at every trial. NetballOS keeps one record per athlete, so the fourteen-year-old trialling this year is visibly the same person who trialled at eleven.

What Players does

Permanent athlete record

Created once, referenced forever. Registrations point at the player; they never duplicate them.

Multiple guardians

Primary contact, emergency contact, authorised pickup, consent authority and communication preferences — per guardian, per child.

One parent, several children

A guardian manages every linked child from a single login, with one place to register, pay and consent.

Timeline

Every trial, selection, team and development milestone in date order. Progression becomes visible instead of anecdotal.

Import and de-duplication

Bring existing players in from a spreadsheet with column mapping, validation, preview and rollback. Likely duplicates are detected and shown side by side — never merged automatically.

Fast search

Fuzzy name matching that copes with the spelling a parent actually typed.
