Privacy Notice
How NetballOS handles personal data, including children’s data.
This document is in preparation. NetballOS is in active development and is not yet processing customer data. A complete privacy notice reviewed by qualified counsel will be published before the platform is available to clubs.
Our approach
NetballOS is designed to process the minimum personal data necessary, to keep sensitive categories separated and encrypted, and to make consent, export and erasure straightforward.
What we expect to publish
- What data is collected, for what purpose, and on what lawful basis
- The distinction between NetballOS as a processor for club data and a controller for platform accounts
- Retention periods for each category of data, including safeguarding and medical records
- Sub-processors and international transfer mechanisms
- Your rights, and how to exercise them
- A child-friendly version written for the young people whose data we hold
