What Trials does
Trial builder
Twelve trial types, multiple dates and sessions, venues, courts, capacity, fees and instructions. A complete U15 trial takes under ten minutes to publish.
Configurable registration forms
Seventeen field types with per-field visibility. Ask exactly what you need — nothing more, which is also what data protection expects.
Automatic eligibility
Date-of-birth windows, school year, category, level and pathway status checked on submission. Ineligible players get a clear explanation, not a rejection.
Online payments
Card payments with receipts and refunds. Player pays, club pays, or split. Funds settle to your club, not to us.
Capacity and waitlists
When a trial fills, the next player is waitlisted automatically. A cancellation triggers an offer with a time limit.
Public trial listing
Your trials appear in the NetballOS trial directory, searchable by location, age group and date — and embeddable in your own website.
