Terms of Service

The agreement between NetballOS and organisations using the platform.

This document is in preparation. NetballOS is in active development and is not yet processing customer data. A complete terms of service reviewed by qualified counsel will be published before the platform is available to clubs.

What we expect to publish

Service description, availability commitments and support
Acceptable use
Fees, billing, plan changes and cancellation
Data ownership — your club’s data remains yours, and is exportable at any time
A Data Processing Agreement covering our role as processor
Liability, indemnity and governing law
