Up to 100 players, one trial a season, £5 a month. Bigger than that, or running more than one? Some trial-management services charge per player — we charge for the software, once, however many trials you run. Put your own numbers in.
Taster is £25 less than this single trial and keeps your players, consent and safeguarding all year — and you still keep 75% against paying per player.

Talk to usEvery plan runs for a minimum term of twelve months, because a netball season does and the software is priced for one. Paying monthly spreads that term across twelve payments; paying upfront settles it in one and costs two months less. It is the same term either way — the discount is for paying early, not for committing.
Trials are unlimited on every paid plan — run as many as your season needs. The plan is set by how big each trial is, which is the one number you have to think about, and it is a number you can see coming a season ahead. Prices exclude VAT. Every plan above Taster starts with a 30-day trial before the term begins. Taster is £5 a month from the first day rather than a free month, which is the only way a cheap entry tier stays a real one. Payment processing is charged by the payment provider and is separate from your plan: we do not take a cut of what your players pay.
One-off trials

For a club that runs one trial and wants nothing that renews. It costs about half as much again as the plan covering the same size — 600 registrations is £599 outright against £399 for a year of Performance, which also carries every other trial you run, your players, and your safeguarding all season. Most clubs subscribe, and on these numbers so they should.
Up to 100 registrations is the Taster plan — one trial a season for £5 a month, a third less than buying the same trial outright, and it keeps your players, consent and safeguarding all year. Beyond that, a one-off trial includes registration, payments, consent, the trial day, the scheduling engine, selector assessment and team selection. Advanced analytics and development tracking start at Performance; NetballOS AI, the public API and white-label are Enterprise. None of them come with a one-off trial. Running more than one trial a season? That starts at Starter, £149 a year — less than one 250-player trial bought outright, and which plan you need is set by the size of your biggest trial rather than by how many you run.
